Comment: Great place to stay when on vacation to siesta key. The location is great in that there are a handful of restaurants in walking distance and the beach is directly across the street. The pool on site is a big and deep pool that kids love. The apartments are in good condition and friendly people abound.

Comment: These condos are gorgeous and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The building is quiet and comfortable. We love the pool and the riverfront area. They have clean, well working propane grills with plenty of seating right along the river. The beach access is right across the street and an easy walk.

Comment: Beautiful condo that was very comfortable and enjoyable with all the comforts of home. The pool was fabulous, theres grills out by the canal to use and chairs to sit and watch the boats go by. There is also a private beach access across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sand and Gulf breeze to watch the sunsets or to enjoy a day at the beach. Just know, that there are no restrooms at this beach, so youll have to go back to the condo for that.

Comment: The Anchorage is a great place to stay. They have recently brought the rental program back inhouse, with on-site management to address any concerns as well as lower fees than 3rd party rental agencies.

Comment: The staff here are amazing! The property manager, Jaclyn, is the best in town!Super clean! Cleaning company is always working hard to keep up the 5 star quality of clean! Just went through some major renovation and everyone was helpful and pleasant during the whole thing. Love this place!

Comment: Fantastic, well maintained building, very clean and neat. Units are large, modern and quite livable. Great location on USAs #1 beach. Close to everything you want in a vacation rental, restaurants, boat rentals, bike rentals, grocery store, pizza, etc. There is a county owned free bus to take you the length of the island. Rentals are priced competitively and provide added value. Large heated pool, gym, 3 tennis courts and boat dockage. The new management team is knowledgeable and friendly.
