I was looking for Callaway however, Eric set me up with five different brands to try. I purchased Taylor Made Stealth Irons and I have been very happy with the purchase.Eric was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly, and I shall definitely recommend this store and Eric to my family and friends.

Comment: Im mid-handicapper. Im currently using a 2018 callaway Rogue driver. A few of my friends recently upgraded to the newest drivers so Id like to give myself a new one as well, of course, expecting better performance. The fitter Charles Moore first let me warm up with a 7 iron. Once Im ready, I was handed with the latest Taylormade, Callaway, and Titleist drivers, hit each one with 6 shots. He did remind me that do not keep hitting them like a normal driving range day, instead, feeling like I was playing on course with friends, same routine, same mindset. I felt good hit the new drivers. At the end, he honestly told me that none of the new drivers performed better than my current Rogue. Per the data, I already reached the best I could get. He then explained to me my issue patiently. He was very honest and not holding back. What he said was really helpful. I need to work on resolving those issues in order to get the full power of my driver. At the end, he didnt even charge me. His service is sincerely appreciated! Not because he didnt charge me, but being such an honest person.

Every single employee I walked by said hello to me and asked me if I needed anything without being pushy. Only three people were in line at the register but they opened a second register and even somebody at the customer service brought me over to check me out. The store has a large selection and a lot of services as far as lessons. And now very good customer service.

Comment: Worked with Amber Hess. I cant tell you how great my shopping experience was Ambers professionalism and patience was on display all throughout my decision making process. She made recommendations, adjusted shaft flex, adjusted lofts until we settled on the perfect driver for me. My expectations were exceeded . Pricing was fair, and having the 90 days to try the club to make sure it is right coupled with the 10% discount for my veterans status made my decision to purchase here a no brainer. I most strongly recommend both PGA Superstore and more specifically Amber Hess if you are searching for the perfect golf clubs.

After some swing analysis, Amber prepared several options for me to test and had impressive analysis as to what the launch monitor showed. On top of being extremely helpful, Amber had a very warm personality and made it a great experience. I’ll be purchasing the club we narrowed the options to shortly after posting this review.

Comment: Was excited to visit this store since my husband is a golf fanatic! On 12/11/21 I went to purchase a golf travel bag for my husband for Christmas. First of all, I had to ask twice for assistance; the store was not busy at all. Maybe because I did not fit the typical/usual appearance of person that golfs or that would actually be spending money at the store on golf items. There were approximately 7 staff members standing around on the floor and several at the customer service desk and registers. Second, the travel bag I purchased was the last one; ended up purchasing the bag they had on display. I asked if there would be any percentage off the bag since it was the display/last item and did not have come with any packaging. I was told no there would not be any discount. I said, no problem and continued with making the purchase. Lastly, I asked if they had any empty boxes in the back that they could give to me to put the travel bag in to wrap it up as gift? The gentlemen went to the back and brought out a flat box that needed to be taped together, which was fine. However, when I prepared the box (today at home) given to me for the travel golf bag, the bag would not fit in the box. I guess it was too much ask for the staff to make sure the travel golf bag would fit in the box. Again, the store was not busy, at least it was my assumption since there were several staff members standing around. Im pretty disappointed with my visit to this store.******** UPDATE ********12/13/21 - Took a trip back to the PGA Superstore today and received total satisfaction!!!! While standing at the customer services desk and explaining to the staff why I was returning with travel golf bag, the manager (Dayle Ruprecht) overheard my conversation and introduced himself to me. He asked when I was in the store, and I advised I was there this past Saturday (12/11/21) between 2-3. Dayle goes on and states he read my review and promptly apologized for the experience I had during my visit. He assisted me with my problems and corrected everything for me. Dayle, THANK YOU so much for your help and the willingness to fix the issues that I had during my prior visit. Im very appreciative!!!!!

You have the option to use one of the bays and try out anything to see if its the right fit for you. They have a floor space to practice putting as well as a sim driving range too. This location does include free fittings and club/grip service along with apparels and accessories. Overall its a good shop for whatever your looking for.

It seemed another employee observed how frustrated we were getting and stepped in. From that point on we had a great experience. My brother and I did a fitting and the employee who helped us was amazing! I wish I could remember his name but he was patient, passionate and very knowledgeable. If it wasnt for the initial interaction I would give the store a 5 star.

Chris could have charged me for a new shaft and replaced it, but he volunteered to call TaylorMade and see what they would do. (Didn’t think to contact the manufacturer as I know the club is out of their warranty period)Chris called me to let me know TaylorMade would replace the shaft free of charge. He took care of shipping it to them and getting it back. He regripped it when it came back and called me to come pick it up (all within about 2 weeks, which was shorter than the timeline he quoted me when he shipped it out). On top of all this, he only charged me for the grip.They made me a customer for life with this experience! Thanks Chris!

Comment: I bought a demo tennis racket couple of months ago and the strings on the racket broke after a week. When I called the store and told them what happened they did not charge me for stringing as long as I bought the strings at the store. They strung my racket at no cost but only a month later the string broke again. This was definitely due to poor quality of strings but when I told them what happened, Charles said to bring the racket and they will not charge me for stringing for the second time. This time I bought the most expensive strings and the racket feels great. The point of this story is not to try and take advantage of their generosity but to show others the differnce between average and great customer service. Thank you Charles and Liana!

Comment: I just wanted to express what a great experience it was coming to the store in Altamonte Springs today. I drove an hour or more, and it was well worth the trip. I have been in the market for some new clubs for a while now, and its been extremely difficult to get that to happen! I visited Dicks Sporting Goods in Daytona 5 times from December through March and just could not get the time in a simulator or the attention and helpfulness from the staff that I needed. The first time I asked to demo some clubs the associate (at Dicks) actually said, umm..are you planning to buy anything when youre done?. I ended up going to a demo day at LPGA International and bought a new driver through that event. I also visited the Legacy golf store in Ormond Beach and sampled some clubs in their broken simulator (even bought a single Ping G400 Max iron to experiment with for a while) but couldnt get to something that I loved enough to fully swap out my old clubs. Working with Paige Rushton today at the PGA Tour Store was very productive, he listened to what I was telling him and we got right to work. I cannot understand why the staff at Dicks cant give customers the time-of-day like I got at the PGA store today. I walked out of there so excited about ordering a 5-AW set of TM P790s, I just cant stop thinking about it. It took some finagling to get to the exact right combination of shafts, and thankfully Paige was patient enough to sort through that with me. It makes all the difference.Us golfers, we want what we want, and we know weve got our quirks and hang-ups about our game - but give us the time we need and well spend twice what we planned to and walk out of there ecstatic about it!Thanks again, Ill only be doing my golf equipment buying with you guys from now on.

They were helpful from the get go and when I mentioned to Matt (the employee that helped me check out) that I had tried to go to golf galaxy first to redeem a coupon but couldnt find what I was looking for there he told me that they would honor it (had no idea they did that) and then he volunteered to take the stickers off my putter for me which nobody had ever done before. Also did I mention he did all of this as they were closing and got the stickers off for me after 9? A+ customer service!
