Comment: Earlier this week i went to the Pga superstore on Linton Blvd i went there with the intent to buy new irons Buck who is in equipment repair and fitted new grips on my wedges helped me get the chance to hit the irons i was interested in In doing this we found a real problem with my swing to the point that they said NOT to buy new clubs i was then able to get a walk in Swing analysis with golf instructor Holly I was unable to launch the ball off the hitting pad Holly began to rework my swing it was so messed up it was impossible to determine what shaft i should be using and again NO to new clubs In this day and age what business suggests not to buy something Well i left there impressed and with a lesson package, notes, and a short video of my swing Have already practiced what i was shown and with good results Look forward to my first official lesson with Holly When the time is right there is no doubt i will purchase my new irons from Buck and the PGA SuperStore Cudos to PGA SS and Buck Holly and let me not Forget Mike for being honest and not trying to just sell me something for the sale

My equipment and every relevant detail matters to me.I brought my clubs in to be re-gripped. Bobby Vairo told me he would help me. After talking with Bobby I knew this was a TRUE professional who I could trust to do the right job. Bobby not only did an amazing job, but even more importantly he showed and explained in great detail how my clubs were gripped incorrectly and inconsistently from the last shop who had done this.Going forward in my career, Bobby Vairo is the professional who I want only touching my clubs. Bobby’s dedication to his craft and passion is hands down absolutely amazing.Bobby noticed one of the grips was severely put on incorrectly by the last “pro” who regripped my clubs. It was 9 iron which has been giving me difficulties. It was specifically this club which Bobby pointed out that the grip was put on with complete disregard to detail. Bobby is heavily invested into the DETAILS.My game has changed for the better because of Bobby.

Comment: I just picked up the clubs that I had re-shafted by Bobby Vairo and he is amazing at what he does. The clubs I brought him were to be re-shafted and also two swing weights light from the factory. He installed the new shafts perfectly and got all the clubs exactly to D4 which was requested by me, bent them to the lie angle I wanted, and check the lofts to make sure everything was exactly to spec. Not only that when I went in he gave me a bunch of insight into what I was getting and what to consider while also asking me for information about my game and needs on the course. He is truly passionate about what he does and should be in an equipment trailer on tour.

Comment: I recently purchased a premium item from this PGA store and I was unlucky and found out that I had received a defective item. I was worried because in a short time frame I had multiple issues with said item. After the second time the item failed on me Marc M. the manager from this store called me at opening the following day and he reassured me that he was going to make sure that I was taken care of regardless if I wanted my money back, credited and or exchanged. This store has my business for the foreseeable future with the way I was treated and shown respect.

Comment: During a recent visit, I had a disagreement with an employee and was upset because I’d always been a long time customer and didn’t want to find another golf shop.The next day I went in to speak with Alyssa as a store GM. She was immediately sympathetic, understanding, and calm. She promptly had crafted 2 separate solutions in an effort to make this situation right and had put immediate attention to this matter. I am very satisfied with the resolution we came up with.Bobby did a great job using his expertise for tweaking a club to an acceptable level and then we had shared some nice shop talk afterwards.Aside from this, Navy is an incredible fitter that I highly recommend going to for your needs. He will be assessing my irons needs in the near future as well.

Comment: After demoing several tennis rackets from an online tennis company I decided to buy my racket from PGA Superstore in Delray Beach. The reason why is Jordan who manages the tennis department. He is very knowledgable about all things tennis and I wanted to confirm my decision. He had me test several rackets on their indoor court and I settled on the one I liked. He recommended great strings and had it strung and done in about 20 minutes. Ask for Jordan when you go there for all of your tennis needs. Hes great.

Comment: I visited yesterday to have a couple of clubs regripped. Waited in line at the counter, the store was really busy. Spoke to Buck, who, despite the crowd was very cheery and helpful, and he would have my wedge done in 10 minutes, but the hybrid would take a day. No problem, I tried on shoes and bought them, my wedge was ready so I took that. As I walked out the door, he called me back and said ‘just wait a few minutes, Vito will do the hybrid’. Brilliant! 5 minutes later, I walked out with both clubs. Just want to commend Buck and Vito for great service, happily provided, and say they’re a credit to the store.

Comment: Update. Since working on my swing with Holly we have come a long way in a short time and i am excited and pleased to say that this past Monday i got the ok to purchase my new irons. I am a senior and i made the decision after hitting one to upgrade to the XXIO 11 irons with a reg graphite shaft. Well these irons are amazing and i am hitting the ball straighter and further. Hitting the ball like when i was a young guy. Cant thank Holly enough for correcting my swing problems and i look forward to working with her more. Comment: Employee’s get it at PGA superstore customer service is 110% in the Delray store always. Take Jordan and Shama for an example. I wanted a polo but it had a mark on the shoulder and it was the last shirt they had. Jordan was busy working on other things but took the time to talk with me and see what he could do. He walked me over to Shama as she was working in the Mens department. Jordan showed her the shirt and right away Shama ran to the back grab a towel and some shout. She got the mark out of the shirt right away. She didnt snub me off or act like it is what it is! she just took care of it. Amazing service. After I said thank you to Shama. I saw Jordan on the way out and he took the time to talk with me some more about other golf related items. He realized that I had questions he was unsure of. Once again he walked me over to another employee who help me. There are a-lot of ways to buy golf equipment and apparel but the experience is not the same as shopping at the PGA superstore no matter your skill set or who you are. PGA superstore and employees do an amazing job. The store is always clean and well stocked the other amazing thing is they always answer the phone and help the same. AAA rated!!!! Thank you!

Comment: I went to the PGA Superstore in Delray Beach, Florida on Sat 7/17/21 to have 5 grips replaced as well as to have a new shaft put on a SIM 1 driver head. I needed a lighter, slightly cut down shaft due to my limits in my swing.Bobby Vairo was more than helpful with doing the above plus he gave me some tips on my swing. Bobby also suggested that since I have two drivers why not try one at a 12 degree loft ( again due to my limited back swing).Bobby suggested I try both drivers out for two weeks and if I do not like the one at a 12 degree loft he will change it back to a 10.5 degree loft or if I do like the 12 degree loft he could change the other driver from a 10.5 degree one 12 degree.Bobby spent a lot of time with me and he was very helpful and friendly. His customer service skills and his overall golf knowledge was first class.

Last year I bought a set of Ping irons and rather than just give me a standard set out of inventory they did a custom fitting at no extra charge and suggested a set that had to be ordered from Ping that would better fit my height and swing, again at no extra charge. The people in their club repair section are knowledgable and experienced and explain things to you. I had my woods and my putter regripped and couldnt be happier. Ive also bought golf shoes there. I dont play tennis so I dont know much about that part of the store.
