Comment: I had an amazing experience yesterday at the PGA Tour Superstore. My wife gave me $500 to go get an upgraded set of clubs and Matt went way above and beyond. Determined to get my clubs same day I had been to 8 stores and it wasn’t even close. Matt helped me for over 2 hours. I decided to go used but with little knowledge in golf clubs I was lost. He sifted through so many brands and set me up on the simulator and 2 hours later he had me in a great set that I was hitting really well. He made sure I had all my distances covered and he threw in some covers. From making sure I had quality like new grips and even peeling all the stickers off at the register. This store was also super clean with so many options. I would go see Matt. That dude is super knowledgeable. That’s the place I’m going to from now on.

Comment: Had an iron fitting yesterday with Glenn and it was a phenomenal experience. As a newer golfer, I didn’t know what to expect—but he went above and beyond to make the experience a blast. I learned a ton, he offered some suggestions on my grip and swing, and I got to hit a lot of irons I had been learning about online. Glenn is a super nice guy who clearly knows an insane amount about the game and the gear. All around awesome and no pressure experience that will keep me coming back. Really nice store too.

Clothes, bags, grips, accessories, etc. I cant hype it up further, just go and enjoy it for yourself. 5/5 highly recommend!

Comment: Im so glad a store was opened in Tampa. They have a great selection of new and used clubs. Theyre hitting bays are state-of-the-art and their fittings sessions have the widest selection of shafts that Ive seen in the area. Their putter selection is excellent in their putting practice area is very large and well-maintained. Shoe prices are reasonable and theres current sales going on that make them competitive even with some discount outlets. I would like to see their used clubs a little better priced and maybe after the LIV and PGA come to an agreement, they will start selling the Greg Norman shark hats again.

Comment: Bought a Ping driver. Matt was excellent on helping me out on getting the right driver. The shaft broke in half and I took it back in. I was told they is not covered under warranty. I’m out another $100.00 on top of the $400 that I originally paid. Not happy with the service. I was told that they can send it back to Ping but it would not be delivered for about 2 to 4 weeks. Unacceptable for us weekend golfers.UpdateTold them that I wanted the old shaft so that I could communicate with Ping about it. Picked up the driver and was told that it was thrown away. Was told that Ping wouldn’t do anything about. They didn’t even contacted Ping. Terrible customer service. Next time I think I’ll go somewhere else. The driver is not even 60 days old.UpdateMr. Keck got a hold of me and we where able to resolve the problem. He is a very intelligent person and will do anything within his power to resolve the issue. Between Matt and Mr. Keck they both deserve 10 stars. Again thanks for helping me out,

Comment: What a great addition to Carrollwood! Went in to browse around last week and sales associate mentioned the practice range membership. Today I just purchased the membership and did my first session! Simulator is top notch! seems very accurate on all my hits, even bad ones. Already scheduled two more sessions. Matt in practice area gave me great demo before I started.

Comment: Matt was amazing! Great attitude and incredibly helpful. He spent hours with myself and two of my golf buddies. He worked on our swings a bit and went through different club options for each of us. All three of us were looking to upgrade our drivers to new technology and hopefully fit our swing better. Matt was able to match both of my companions with drivers to increase their distance and consistency. Matt had me try 3 different drivers and was, however, unable to find anything to improve on my R15. I just love the feel that I get out of this club. And I am averaging over 300 yards. Ill hit it till it dies. Matt said it appears that I have the correct driver for me and did not push me into buying something new. Great guy. I will definitely be back when my R15 breaks.

After a little tour of the store he ask if I would like to try some equipment! I was fortunate to try different setups and gained a lot of knowledge on my current swing and the best suited Driver! Comment: I havent bought anything other than $150 set of clubs from a box. For my birthday this year it was time to get a little more serious now that my boys are able to play. I did some research on the web and there were some reviews that led me to this store. I am all about customer service and an experience that will keep me coming back. Shout out to Parker! He helped me out with getting fitted and walked me through building a bag of clubs in my budget. All around a great experience and I will for sure be going back for my golf needs. Thanks to Parker and everyone else I encountered at the store!

Comment: After dealing with the staff behind the counter on a driver I was looking to swap out but for some reason my card was not on file verifying my purchase I was able to provide a statement from my bank showing proof of purchase at their location and the staff went out of their way to make sure I left satisfied. I will be back at this location and several other after that customer experience!

Comment: Jim was exceptional. I bought a set of irons in March with the 90-day playability agreement, brought them back with 5 days left to work out some kinks. There ended up being an incorrect sizing issue that was missed the first time. I also wanted to look at a new club head as well. He brought out a very similar head, forged, and I fell in love. All in all, Jim was very personable, friendly, and helpful. He goes the route of finding what is truly best for you, rather than trying to sell the newest and most expensive items; helps that hes from Michigan too. Go Blue.

Comment: I recently purchased a new set of irons at the Tampa location and found the store, its technology loaded hitting bays, and the staff, specifically James, very helpful. I’ve been away from the game for many years and my old irons with stiff shafts are now longer hittable at my age. Shopping for new irons without a reliable swing and years of manufacturer biases was a challenge. James guided me through the many choices of brands, models, and shafts. He had the patience to allow me considerable time to hit all the choices and then provided the data on each combination that I hit. The data outcome and my feel were in sync making the choice clear. And, although I was hitting in the blind, not know the club/shaft combos as I hit them, the final choice was the same one James recommended at the outset. I highly recommend the PGA Superstore Tampa location and James in particular.

Comment: After a disastrous visit to Golf Galaxy my wife and I decided to check out the PGA TOUR Superstore. What a difference. Every employee we came across was friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Amber who was incredible. She spent at least 2 hours fitting my wife with a complete set. Took the time setting up different heads and shafts to find the right fit for her. Even tracked all of the shots to show her invaluable feedback. Her knowledge and eagerness to help was outstanding. She set me up with new clubs as well and gave me advice on reducing my backspin giving me the extra yardage I was searching for. They have a new customers for life.

Came in looking for pair of shoes, Daniel brought me at least 8 different spikes to try on. Didnt try to upsell me - truly cared about my comfort and what worked best for me. Didnt end up having my size for the Pumas ..... He personally called and made sure to have them shipped to me from another store before my tournament coming up Friday.Highly recommend Tampas PGA superstore.

Comment: Great store. We camped out Friday before the opening and I scored an Odyssey White Hot putter. Bought some other stuff in the store a few days later and a year membership. This place is amazing and has a lot of lefty options compared to other stores. Highly recommend checking it out!
