Comment: PGA TOUR Superstore (Jacksonville, FL) always looked like a store for REAL golfers to my son Dominick (normally he uses second hand clubs for his practice.) He loved the store from our first visit and he set his mind on bettering himself so much that one day he will come to the store to try a golf simulator and to buy his first club with his own money just like real golfers.Recently he made great improvement and about two weeks ago asked me to take him to the store to check a NEW driver. It was his first experience with a golf simulator and he LOVED it! I dont play golf and know very little about it, so an assistant Hamilton kindly helped Dominick with decision making about the club, but unfortunately the needed driver wasnt available in the stock at after-Christmas-time. We replaced the grip on the old club (prior visiting the store I didnt know that we could do it) and said we will be back or order online. To be back sounded to me more realistic, because I knew Dominick would ask me about a few more balls at the simulator before purchasing the club.Last two weeks were very long for me because my son was asking to go to the store again and again - he wanted a NEW driver for his golf classes. Today I gave up and took him to the PGA TOUR store right after school (knowing that the club isnt available for in-strore pick-up.)Yep, the driver wasnt in stock. I explained the situation to an assistant Gabe, he listened carefully, and said that he will see what he can do about it. Gabe found a spot at the simulator for Dominick to test the driver and a few minutes later my son was happily hitting balls. Another Assistant Robin came over with a joyful remark and welcoming smile: Here is our big golfer! Later on she introduced herself as a Manager and said that she will be happy to help us with purple Driver.Manager Robin Kuduk went above and beyond to make sure that Dominick will go to his next practice with a NEW Driver! I can not be more grateful for her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and kindness!We had an exceptional experience with the store associates! Robin, Gabe, Hamilton, thank you very much to each of you! You treated my Golfer Dominick as your valuable customer and this day will become a nice story to pass forward in our family and beyond!Dominick said that he will keep his promise to Robin: Ill practice hard and become one of the best golfers! :-)

Comment: I recently was fitted for a new driver and hybrid by Scott Schuster. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable in finding the right club and shaft combinations to fit my swing, and was also very helpful in giving me a few tips that have really made a difference out on the course. I plan to go back when its time to update my other clubs. I highly recommend having Scott fit you for your next club.

Comment: We just moved to the area and decided to stop in. What awesome staff and merchandise. Was able to get new grip on my driver while shopped. Super helpful staff that fitted me with the right loft wedge that actually does get me out of the sand(did not try and upsell me). I bought a walking push cart that turned out to have a few issues and they gladly accepted in for a return two weeks later and so I bought a better style. Feel lucky to have such a great golf shop nearby.

There is an excellent golf club demo experience available too utilizing the newest golf simulators and a large practice putting green on-site. As a loyal customer for several years I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Was able to immediately get on a simulator and hit several variations of drivers and shafts to dial in the right club for me. Gabe was super knowledgeable and friendly. When I found what I wanted, I had to look for a sales person. The individual told me they did not have the senior graphites that I wanted. I had to convince the sales person that they had them in stock. (did my homework 1st) He gave me and my friend the impression that he did not care if he sold anything to us. Ended up buying my clubs there but I contacted customer service about my experience. That is where everything changed. Rebecca from the store reached out to me to apologize and said that should not have happened. She made things right. Based my conversation with her she understands what customer service. Also had a second visit to this store for a golf lesson with John (Great instructor) and my experience was the complete opposite. Everyone I came in contact with was great, including the cashier at the front.

Today we were there to get our daughter a ping bag, ping umbrella, rain gear and gloves. The only thing they did not have in-stock was an ping umbrella. Out of nowhere the manager who was helping us hunt down a ping umbrella in the store said you know what I have a ping umbrella at home that I dont use. I took them in, showed the receipt and they told me to pick out new grips and they took care of the cost! Comment: If your looking for selection with regards to anything golf...look no further.The PGA superstore has by far the best selection from their entry level store brand to Vinyard Vines, Travis Mathews, Footjoy and everything in between.What I especially like is their shoe game. The selection of styles and sizes are second to none. If you are into golf shoes and fashion this is where it’s at.I bought two pair of Footjoy DNA Helix shoes. The store didn’t have my size, however they were able to locate the sizes online. Extremely accommodating by shipping them to my house within a few days. It was a seamless transaction and I was really impressed with the communication of their customer Service department. Highly recommend visiting the store and checking out the selection of shoes, clothes and clubs.I could go on and on but will leave it up to you to visit! You wi not be disappointed.

Comment: Got my 20 year old irons regripped here. It was really affordable and they have a great grip selection. As one could expect from a PGA store, they have a great selection of clubs, balls, bags, all things golf. We dont have a PGA Superstore where Im from, so Im planning on getting a professional fitting done before I leave.Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If youre an avid golfer, be forewarned, you WILL find something you cant leave the store without.

Comment: Huge spacious store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in there to look at a hybrid and ended up buying a demo hybrid that was being replaced and a demo fairway wood simply because of the staff advice and them letting some swings happen on the mats. Dont get me wrong golf is an expensive sport. That was definitely reflected in some of the prices there however that was not a shock and if youre honest with the purchasing of golfing equipment you already know that. I will definitely be going back.

He was already helping some people but still answered my question. Just wish someone couldve helped me get fit for a putter. I like the one I got, hopefully it works out.

It was difficult to get full attention from the guy and not his fault because the service area is located right by the cashier desk and he had to ring people through cashout and try to help me at the same time. You think they could have a person dedicated as a cashier. There were a lot of people working but only one person who could help me with loft and lie of my clubs?!

Ive been to the main stores in Atlanta and they are much larger with better selections. there is a small left handed section here, and a small used section. Id prefer edwin watts for those. The staff is friendly and their prices are in line with most golf stores.

Comment: I recently went to the PGA Superstore in Jacksonville Fl to get fitted for clubs using the Fitting Van and the experience was great. James Humphris was the Pro that helped fit me for clubs and he was excellent. He fitted me for clubs and made the ordering and trade-in process easy. If you are in the market for new clubs I would highly recommend getting fitted for the clubs that fit your swing and needs. The process is fun and enlightening. Ill definitely be shopping here again!
