Comment: I’ve been to this PGA store several times, including for a putter when they were generally very helpful. On my recent visit today to get a driver I worked with Brian who was amazing. As a beginner he gave me great tips on my swing whilst I tried out drivers. I saw a noticeable improvement and he took the time to talk me through all the different stats to pick the best club. Great experience :)

I had some pre-conceived ideas going into the fitting and he agreed with me when I had it right but led me toward different clubs and shafts when I was wrong. I would strongly recommend him. He is a PGA pro and really understands the needs of different types of golfers.

Comment: I brought my folks down for a fitting with Dan Beveridge for new full club sets at the Naples PGA store.Right from the start Dan listened intently to my folks background in golf, and what we were trying to do with the fitting and the upgrade in sets of clubs.Dan was incredibly patient and personable in the sim fittings, getting aquainted to my folks golf swings. From what he saw physically and in the sim data, he brought out club suggestions and explained what his suggestions were based on, in a clear and understandable manner.One of the things I was most impressed with was how Dan did not push overselling us completely full sets. For example, knowing these were new clubs and feels for my folks, he suggested starting with several strategic driver/woods, before diving into ALL the woods - with the idea that we can always add additional woods if/when my folks get comfortable with the feel and performance. Same approach on irons. Dan really honed in on what our needs were, rather than pushing and overselling.My moms clubs were in stock and we walked out with them, but my dads clubs were ordered. We were told two weeks lead time for both the driver/woods, and the irons sets. The driver/woods came in after only roughly 9 days, and the iron set arrived exactly in two weeks. Again, very impressive that we were told a reliable and realistic lead time. We were also impressed that during the lead time, we received a call from the PGA Store from an associate updating us on the status of our orders.Suffice to say, my folks LOVE their new clubs, and Dan was spot on with his recommendations, and the performance of each club set. The results are obvious in both ball striking enjoyment, and shot performance on course!! My folks are thrilled.In general, a fantastic fitting experience with Dan and the PGA Store Naples. We will defnintely be back down for additional fittings and recommend to friends. Thank you!

Comment: I went here to have my 92 yr. old Dads driver head epoxied back onto the shaft. Dave had it ready in 25 minutes, and didnt charge me for anything more than the glove and tees I brought up to check-out. He said I am not charging you for the epoxy-it only took me two minutes!So, Dave accomplished in TWO MINUTES what my Dads private club in Naples couldnt accomplish in FIVE WEEKS! This is superior customer service, and this is how a business earns a customer for life!

Comment: Im looking to get back into the game and decided it was time to update my 20 year old equipment. I signed up for an iron and driver fitting with Dan Beveridge, as Im sure my swing has changed and the endless number of manufacturers and clubs is overwhelming. The fitting went great and Im excited for my complete new set of clubs! Dan made the process fun, and took the time to explain everything. We worked through a number of iron and driver options, taking steps in the right direction with each change, and ending with clubs that I consistently hit farther and straighter (I literally gained 20 yards when comparing my old 7 iron to the new one, and with a higher trajectory) . Dan also took the time to break down a few good drills for me to use, improving my stance and swing. I left with a ton more confidence and excitement to get out on the course.

Comment: I went in for a club fitting with Dan Beveridge, and it was an incredible experience! Dan definitely knows what hes talking about, and he managed to find the right set of irons for me so quickly that he even had time to give me a quick lesson on my swing! It didnt even really feel like a fitting - I moreso was just swinging clubs and answering questions and all of a sudden, I was swinging a 7 iron that felt like a perfect match!

Back in April, I called about a club fitting appointment and had a poor interaction with a staff member who answered the phone and was not at all customer-service “friendly” with little time offered to address my questions. Subsequently, I received follow-up contact from store General Manager, Dave Hoiles, and he could not have been more customer-service focused. Simply put, Dave was outstanding to deal with and explained he was in the process of training new staff members and reinforcing expectations. Dave’s responsiveness and engagement made a huge, positive impression on me. I highly recommend this store under Dave’s leadership, and I will continue to patronize the store for all of my golfing needs.

Comment: Mixed bag here, pun free of charge. I like many things about this store. They have a great policy on clubs that allows you to get a credit towards others if something is wrong, within 90 days of the purchase. This gives you 3 months to go out and play with clubs and determine if they are right for you. Most of the fitters do a pretty decent job in the hitting bays, as well.Its always nice to be able to go in and use their putting green area to try out putters.Ive had many clubs regripped here and they do a good job.The flip side is that the area to get clubs regripped is right next to the checkout area and it is not clearly marked at all. It can be confusing and crowded to try to get help from someone in this area.I believe they could do a better job in the golf shoe area, as they seemed to have a lot of certain types and sizes while being completely lacking in others. I dont know if its COVID-19, or supply chain issues or what, but they dont seem to restock quickly when they run low or run out of inventory in this area.Ive been in the store a hundred times, and it is hit or miss on getting an employee to assist you. Not making any judgment just making an observation.Checking out can be a long process. Stopped in 9-2022 and lots of employees with few helping at checkout.

Comment: I normally don’t do this, but I wanted to take a second and make sure that Dan Beveridge gets some love here. I went in this morning for a lesson and Dan was my instructor. I’ve taken 2 lessons in the past (not here. Back in Brooklyn where I live). One was ok but that was almost 20 years ago. The other was recent and I walked out because the guy was just a waste of life who shouldn’t have been working that day. So I went in cautious but optimistic. Well, my man Dan was AWESOME. Down to earth. Super nice. Explains things well. Works with you not against you, and made a significant difference to my approach to the game in 45 minutes. Straight up, the dude fixed an area that’s been troubling me for a long time. If you’re looking for a lesson, or looking to get properly fitted for a nice set of clubs, then I gotta recommend Dan.

Brad especially helped me learn how to spin my wedges backwards on the green, helped my Wedge play immensely! They have a 90 day Playability guarantee, Not happy, bring your clubs back for store credit good for same day purchase of another like product! I cannot say enough good things about this store and its staff! Always willing to help me with whatever I feel I need to look at ir do or buy that day! Given the delay, I worked with corporate to cancel the order and figure out a solution. Corporate wasnt much help but a representative from the Naples store reached out to help. The gentleman was friendly, always helpful, and made sure to help me find a new driver. The whole situation was handled professionally and a new driver is on the way. Great customer service, will return again for my next golf equipment need!

Last time I went for a fitting was maybe 15yrs ago and he explained things perfectly, gave me his honest opinion, didn’t push any particular clubs or have a specific agenda other than helping me understand what the best fitting clubs would be.I left there with more knowledge and understanding than when I went in. Comment: I bought a tennis racket on November 9, 2018 based on the recommendations of the professional working there. He recommend the racket and the strings. The strings broke today - December 8, 2018. They last just one month. I go back to the store and get lip from a different pro that strings can only last for 16 games - usually less. I speak to the manager who has no product knowledge or business sense. They will not replace or discount replacement. What a bad experience from a formally trusted store. Time to replace the pro and manage Chantel.As follow up, the manager, Kevin Knapp stepped up to offer free restringing of the racket and apology.

Tested my 3 wood and driver against all competitors and was told nothing was better than what I had. Imagine that!The PGA instructor, Jennifer, was very helpful in my driver testing and provided great suggestions for change. Maybe my back will feel better now.The shoe man was incredible.Bridget Zuri deserves a lot of credit for seeing to my needs and solving my problems. I will be back!
