Comment: A neighborhood gem that I hope to visit again. I went for, street art regada, a boating event in which kids sailed in small boats with sails painted by local artists. I didnt get a chance to check out the restaurant but it looks very nice and I hope to return to check it out. I enjoyed the views of the water, the docked yachts and waterside homes. Valet parking seems the best parking option if you are a visitor.

Comment: Went there for an event and was impressed but to be fair anytime Yacht is in the name its usually impressive. Nice facilities, view, etc. Food was good, great servers, awesome atmosphere, not nearly as snooty as a lot of these places are. Had a nice time. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place on the water to cater an event.

Comment: Went with family for Easter, it was pretty overcrowded understandably. Looks to be well upkept and modernized, staff was very friendly and helpful. I personally just do not get the point of the whole thing. I felt like I was watching the tv series The Real Housewives with the exception of the arguments and fighting.

Comment: The coolest club in Fort Lauderdale to belong to. The clubhouse is awesome and the pool is beautiful. The slips are against the seawall. If there is a floating dock I didnt see it. What was super cool were the pictures of the Officers on the wall, each with a role in their fleet. I was looking at their photos outside the closed Commodores Room and thinking how cool it must be to be one of those guys, how high the bar is, to not just join the club, but to be in one of those positions. Then as I was leaving the Commodore and the Fleet Surgeon were arriving, smiling and laughing, both tall and strong looking older guys, and it made the place even more impressive. If you can join kudos to you.

Comment: Ducked in so my business partner, Marnie, could receive her Golden Mouse Award for Excellence in Social Media Marketing.Excellent service. Beautiful day. We were in the main ballroom for lunch.The food was delicious. The portions were fair. Dessert was awesome. The salad was better than expected.My only complaint, was my main course was cold. I ate it.This was my first time visiting the joint and I loved it. Sat right on the water. Cool lounge.Cabeza OUT!

Comment: Lauderdale Yacht Club is refined and elegant but also laid back and welcoming. The outdoor area offers a large array of seating, a pool and bar. The inside offers timeless dining rooms with a great selection of food and the perfect cookies for dessert. Love it here!

Comment: The name says it all. A quaint yacht club sitting on the intercoastal. You can drive in by car or sail in by boat. There are banquet and meeting rooms available for events. We had drinks and appetizers by the bar. Drinks were good and the appetizers were delicious. I would definitely return for dinner or other event.

Comment: Lauderdale Yacht Club is the best family focused, private Club in Fort Lauderdale. It’s located in Rio Vista and was opened in 1938. LYC is great for weddings, events, meeting friends for lunch or just relaxing by the pool side over the weekend. The staff and club members are extremely friendly. Truly a great establishment.
