Each is trying to provide the best service.One treasure is Ursula. we had the pleasure of being her guest at two of the bar locations.She has a warm and pleasant attitude and a great sense of humor.She can make you feel very welcome and relaxed after some challenging golf.

Comment: I would like to preface this, that the main reason we went to Innisbrook was because of the golf. When we got there, they were having the Canadian junior nationals so the entire facility was filled with young kids that were tremendous golfers. The first day we played the island course. There is no driving range on each individual course. If you want to warm up before you play, you’ve got to take a ride from one of the guys with a few of your clubs to the driving range. They do have potting facilities. The island course is very tight and target not really good for my game personally but maybe for yoursWe played copperhead twice, and I absolutely loved it. The course is in stunning condition, and the greens are true and absolutely beautiful. Copperhead has a driving range and chipping and putting facilities on that course though. The pro shop and steak restaurant is under a major renovation, so I am assuming they’re going to be closed for quite some time.When we checked into our room, I was a bit miffed that we had a parking lot view when after golfing I realize there are hundreds of units that line the golf course. We paid top money for a golf package. Upon further research what I found out is that each individual unit is individually owned at Innisbrook. Innisbrook does not own the hotel room. They are all individually owned so if somebody wants to put their unit into the rental pool, it’s Luck Of The Draw, the quality and condition of the one that you get. So my tip to you is to inquire on which room you’re getting and look it up on the Internet or ask if it’s upgraded because ours was not. I had the opportunity to look at three or four other rooms as I met neighbors in those rooms and many of them are owners that were there for the holiday season. Our room had a nice kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and a stove, which was terrific. But when I saw the neighbors units, they were all highly upgraded in. Ours was really the worst. I will say though the cleaning service was phenomenal. Because they’re all individually owned units. The hot water heaters were small. We kept running out of hot water if we both were taking showers.Another note word is that there is not a Jacuzzi at every pool facility. We were at Prestwick and there was not a Jacuzzi at that pool. There is a major pool facility called Loch Ness and that is where the biggest Jacuzzi is and the most activity, pool, and all those kind of things together.We had dinner at the salamander Grill, and the food was fantastic.My suggestion when you get your room double check when you’re booking it that you’re getting a highly upgraded room. And there are two bedroom rooms, one bedroom rooms and then there’s also the studio room, which is the one we got that basically is a normal size hotel room so you can mix a match what rooms. Each room also has a locked door, that is an owners unit. There are washer and dryers at the end of every hallway, which is great and charged for soap.Another thing I found interesting regarding the rooms is that some of those condo units are actually rented out long-term tenants. So the person next to you could be somebody who lives there year-round and renting the unit. I just wasn’t sure if I was actually staying at a hotel or at a condo owned resort. I think they should’ve mentioned that when we bought our golf package over the phone.Enjoy, play golf use the pools it’s great facility. It’s just is straight out of the 70s and needs a little bit of upgrading.

Comment: Salamander Spa was amazing! It was my first time here & was kindly welcomed by Ashley B. I had the best 80min massage ever from Sheila & finished up my Christmas present experience with a fantastic facial & pedicure with Cozetta. The staff was great & the spa was beautiful! Will definitely be returning!

Comment: The buildings are two story and there isnt an elevator so pulling luggage up the steps can be a challenge. The room we stayed in dint have a refrigerator or a microwave. The food portions were so generous I could have used both We used the pool and driving range

Comment: Definitely different than what I saw for the Valspar tournament. Course conditions for The Island Course were not great. Copperhead was worth it, but high tourist pricing. Im local here in FL and my private course in Naples, FL is in much better condition even for the summer, they must get a lot of play. You definitely have to visit once, Copperhead is worth it, the staff at the main club is wonderful, very helpful, definite shout out to the people at the front desk, they were very helpful with everything we needed even when it wasnt their job.

Comment: We held our end of the year school pool party at the Lochness Pool and it was a huge hit! The 50+ kids and 20+ adults all had a great time! John and Dougie went above and beyond to make the day fun for everyone! And Heather and all the bar/grill staff were amazing too!

Comment: This review is for the Loch Ness Monster Pool and Grill. Our group enjoyed the Loch Ness Pizza Party which included pizza, snow cones, access to refreshments, and some organized games like tug of war. Adults enjoyed access to adult beverages and meal options from the Loch Ness Grill. Everything was well maintained and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the slides, beach area, zero entry pool, waterfalls, hot tub, and games. We didnt quite know what to expect but, happily, we were impressed.

The staff was great everyone was so polite and went above the call of duty to make sure we had a great time. We loved the restaurants and the fact we hardly had to leave the campus. We will be back.

Comment: I came to stay at Innisbrook to attend a wedding. The condo was wonderful, I stayed 2 nights. The wedding was held outside, behind the spa, and it was Fabulous!! The reception was also held at Innisbrook and it was equally nice and the food was great!

Comment: Previously stayed there in the late spring, course was beautiful and condo was excellent. This time, Copperhead course was a little beat up, Island course closed and the condo was very dated. The greens are excellent, the tee boxes and fairways were not what I’d expect for the cost they charge per round. Maybe they get the course in top shape leading up to the PGA Valspar, then let it slowly decline until they start working on getting it ready for the next tournament. Also disappointed at the lack of restaurant choices that are open on Sunday evening at the resort. Was told it’s a staffing problem. Pro shops get an A+ for quality and selection, C+ on price.

Comment: This place was spectacular!!! I didnt get to enjoy the 6 pools, nor golfing but we will be going back in October. The room was very nice, it was like home away from home. We had a kitchen, living area, nice room and the bathroom was very nice as well. Going back to the kitchen, it had all the appliances and dishware needed to cook. I thank God for my husband, for picking out a wonderful place for the second part of our vacation! ❤️❤️❤️

Comment: Great resort for a family with kids although the rooms are a little on the older side. All the people are very friendly and professional. You’ve got tennis, golf, and several small pools with an overall relaxing environment. There’s a driving range next to the main clubhouse by the South course. We played South, Island and Copperhead courses - and the club services team moves your equipment around to each course ahead of time. Super efficient!

Comment: The innisbrook resort was a wonderful experience. Our families came together and one of their two bedroom villas and had a great time. We had a huge balcony and our two-year-old love to go out there and run around. Some of the things that I noticed are that it seems a little old. They didnt have any elevators. All of the buildings are spread out and you have to drive your car to get to the pool. And it just feels like old money. We did go to the pool and had a great time. Its just not your traditional resort hotel where you can walk to everything.

The Loch Ness pool is expansive, the perfect temperature, and a great way to unwind. The suite is sensational, and provides an excellent view of the Copperhead course.

Comment: It was a little hard to find at first but otherwise pretty nice! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite and helpful. The pool staff allowed us to stay later than the closing time while they cleaned up since we arrived so late. Maintenance of the entire resort was great. The room was spacious and came with a balcony. Of course everything is enormously expensive, and breakfast is not included, but youre going to get your moneys worth.

Comment: During our visit we played three days at both the Island Golf Course and Copperhead. The Island Course is very challenging and absolutely stunning. The second day, we played Copperhead, it was also very challenging but a little bit more open than the Island course. The customer service was over the top and we had everything we needed right there on the property. The main pool which has waterfalls hot tubs and a very large swimming pool that has a Wade in area which is great for children. The water slides are awesome as well! I feel like Im traveling back to the 70s with the Retro architecture, the inside of all the rooms is up-to-date, clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this Resort. Its great playing the course that many Golf Legends have also played!

Comment: Check in was quick and easy. I have to take a shuttle to my room. The room was a little bit dated the mattress was comfortable. Shuttles run 24 hours a day. The pool is cool and the spa is relaxing. And the golf courses are fantastic

In Summer not busy still kinda expensive but well worth it. Play here and mark this highly rated and well earned golf course off your Bucket list. Same place where the Pros play. Comment: Great resort. Made the trip there 4 times now. Finally got to play some golf last time around. The course was enjoyable. Not too difficult but challenging enough to be fun, switching from tight fairways to wide open holes and back to tight as we made our way back to the club house.
