Comment: Nice coarse for practicing your short game. Well maintained and relaxing but for the love of god get rid of the dark colored flags and put up white ones. Colored flags are hard to locate and distance deceiving. Coarse is short enough that green location isn’t that important.

Comment: Freedom Fairways is always in great condition and is a perfect course for approach, short game work and younger players.It is only 2,022 yards from the forward tees, which is great for junior golfers to learn. Moving to the back tee puts you at 3,210 yards. The fairways are tight and greens the course is covered with trees and water, it is a challenging test for its length.Pace of play is excellent, it is a quiet course and I have never had to wait on a group in front of me. Highly recommended for a relaxing round of golf.

Comment: Freedom Fairways is a wonderful course and experience. Extremely well groomed and the staff are personable and welcoming. Course may be shorter than the traditional, but it is very challenging and enjoyable. Love to golf here and always go home with a smile.Doug Whittle

Comment: Fun short course. Play from the gold and you can drive the green on a couple holes. My drive is 230 minimal roll. Some holes require course management. Greens are soft and slow. Need to be cut and rolled. I hear Saturday is slow and it was. I would play again.

Comment: We had a wonderful time golfing here. After reading previous reviews about very unfriendly staff we almost did not give it a try…we are sooo glad we did. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful….the nasty one is not working there anymore….this is an executive course with 4 sets of tee blocks ….fairways and greens are well maintained and the setting is beautiful….it is a walkable course. We loved it and are considering trying to find a seasonal rental close by for next year

Comment: I was toured hole by hole by my father in law. He plays there all the time, I dont play at all. But its a picturesque setting, lots of birds and foliage and other critters. So I enjoyed it. This doesnt help you if youre a golfer, I guess. Go for the golf cart ride and the scenery.

Comment: I was the golf course superintendent of construction and built that golf course many years ago. Grass was dormant so after being back so many years, I really couldnt tell the shape of it. Greens looked OK.

Comment: This place is perfect except the lady in the Pro shop. She was very rude. We set our Tee time on time. and we were just browsing the used Golf clubs and she basically told us I need you to get out there. Not a very pleasant lady.

Comment: I love coming here to work on my short-game (I never use my drivers) and bring my kids to work on their regular game. We take our time and check out the wildlife. About 3 hours. One problem would be that they do let you play late into the evening but turn the sprinklers on by the time you get to hole15.
