Comment: My husband and I came here to Breckinridge Golf and Tennis for December 2023 and January 2024. Our friend told us about this place and we knew we would love it right away. The people here were so helpful and kind to us, lots of owners and renters, safe place lots of pickleball every day and eight tennis courts which are clay courts. The whole gated community is in walking distance. We also enjoyed Bocce ball and Shuffleboard. Card nights in the clubhouse and felt at home the whole time here so many coming and going and met so many beautiful people. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Comment: This is a beautiful community. The owners invest their own time to make it that way. There is always something to do and the location is actually perfect. It’s tucked back behind beautiful foliage for privacy and really can’t hear the traffic. There are two entrances/exits for owners, guests and vendors have to come in off of Hwy 41. This is NOT a 55+ Community!

There are so many great activities to join in on and making new friends in the process is a bonus. Also, the location is central to beaches, shopping, and restaurants so we never have to drive far. Best decision we ever made!!

Comment: Living in Breckenridge feels like a vacation everyday. Pools, golf Tennis Pickleball, Bocce, Shuflleboard. Always something going on everyday. The community is so well cared for. Plants flowers lawns and gardens always seasonally planted. Oh and did I mention all my fantastic neighbors. I LOVE living here!!!!! And my visitors from up north loves coming to visit too!

Comment: Was very lucky to have purchased a condo In the community this past year. Everyone is so friendly! My parents have been snowbirds there for many years and recently moved there full time. There are so many amenities and social activities we joke that it’s like being on a cruise ship! You can’t go wrong if chose to rent or buy here.

Comment: Currently my favorite place in earth. I am vowing to live here some day! The gold course is great and the people who live here are the kindest in earth. I am fortunate enough to have family that live here. The morning and evening walks are so awesome I wish I could take them all day long. The places to live are immaculate. I love it here.

Comment: Great community. Very friendly. We owned here for a few years before we decided to try tennis. Everyone was extremely helpful and encouraging. The courts are top-notch. And enough cant be said how friendly and fun everyone is. There are all levels of tennis instruction available. We have developed some great friendships with many people in Breckenridge. With our low HOAs and our amenities, this is a great choice for anyone wanting to escape the cold!

At Breckenridge we found a friendly community with many amenities. The top of the line tennis courts and active tennis community has made of first year a total success. Comment: We rented at Breckenridge through VRBO in November 2015 and it took only a few days to make the decision to become owners. If you like tennis, you will love Breckenridge. The tennis community is very welcoming and the tennis facilities are the envy of other (pricier) communities. If you are from points north and are looking for a winter cottage at a reasonable price, look no further than Breckenridge. The location is great and the weather is amazing. Truly a solid bang for your retirement buck!
