Comment: Pool was clean every day we were there, and not too crowded, we enjoyed it. There are 2 grills available at the pool area. They have shuffleboard, tennis courts, putting green, and Hook It (a game where you swing a ring on a rope over to a hook to try to hook it on, it entertained our kids). There is a laundry room on site, machines do take credit cards. There are luggage carts to help bring your stuff up/down. Assigned parking spot. Fishing dock. Walking path to the road + 2 min walk to the beach. Smugglers Cove putt-putt is also walking distance. Units vary, but ours had beach supplies (although a few were very worn or unusable) and we had to clean as we unpacked - one bed was covered in sand and dirt from the last tenant and we had to wash/dry it because we needed to use it (they obviously dont wash any beds that are still made, even though people toss their stuff on them, etc), we also vacuumed everywhere on arrival due to sand, dust/fuzz, and body hair (especially in one bathroom).

Comment: Cute place with nice condos, my fiance and I stayed in one of the smallest but had everything we needed and great space for the both of us. The place have a pool, tennis court, parking space and a mini golf. The beach/ocean is across the street. You will love it!

Comment: I was there 37 years ago and still think about it fondly. I was 20 years old at the time. I was looked after as if I was part of the Bay Shore family. Would love to go there again.....there was a family of dolphins in the river and a lost one 🐊.... There were also dolphins in the sea. A raccoon family lived at the bar in the club and a 🦎 family lived at the pool. And there was a daily concert of the bullfrogs.🤣

Comment: My family and I stayed here last Christmas. I know this review is late but I was looking at vacation photos of last years Christmas and then I got reminded where we stayed last year. Anyways. I loved this place. I didn’t give it 5 stars because thers always room for improvement. Pros- location is nice. It was nice to have a view of the intercostal instead of the ocean. And having a different view can change your vacation for better. I get tired of things very easily and not being able to sit on a balcony and look at the beach below was kinda sad but it made me realize I need to take the beach in more and not get lazy and want to go back to the condo while on the beach. Another pro- is the place is well maintained. Only thing dirty was the elevator and some of the pool area furniture were outdated. I like how each condo has a keypad or whatever where you punch in a code to get into your condo,instead of having to drive to a separate building to get the key and then drive all the way to the condo complex. I also like how big the tennis courts were. And they were ere rarely busy during the week we stayed there. I also liked the dock area. And they had a putting green. Even though it’s weird to have one when the complex is a 3 minute walk to smugglers cove adventure golf which by the way is super overpriced. Anyways. Cons- elevator was too slow and outdated. Pool was small. The deepniss of it was like one minute you’re in 4 foot three you drop to 7 foot. The corner the hot tub was in was a little dirty. Some plants were overgrown. Which hid a shortcut gate to take if your staying in the condos where you get a view of the intercoastal as well as the mainland as you’ve got that marsh thing in front of you. The business meeting are way too loud. My camera on my phone for videos didn’t pick up sound that easily and it picked up the business meetings. Which we held on the sun deck about 3 story’s up from us on the opposite side of the building from our balcony which sounded like they were on the balcony above us. And I some of the residents who weren’t vacation goers would hog parking spots. I remember seeing 3 different moter cycles huh 2 parking spots. And then a Ferrari hogged our parking spot 2 Days in a row. And at the time we were there you got a certain parking spot. You couldn’t just park freely. So SOME of the residents are just ignorant. But otherwise the place for me is a 4/5 or a 9/10 and I definitely recommend this place. And the wall across the street to the beach from the parking lot isn’t that bad.

Comment: Absolutely loved our week here. Go on homeaway app or VRBO and look this up. Get #303 thru the Alegra family. Worth the amazing price. Maybe a 5 min walk to the ocean. Good pool, not much of a shallow end for little ones, great amenities, clean, comfortable, quiet, I will be rebooking for next year.

Comment: We rented a condo here for the week. They pool is well maintained and there is plenty of parking. I enjoyed the condo we stayed in. We only had an issue with the washer in the laundry room and no one was helpful. They wanted us to put in the work order for them but we were only renting for a week. No one wanted to help, it was frustrating. We finally rescued our cloths and went about our last day there in the pool after swaeting like crazy in the unairconditioned laundry room.
