Comment: We have stayed at Ariel Dunes I twice; both times were booked through RealJoy Vacations. Multiple pools, a restaurant and bar on-site, plenty of parking, convenient entry and exit through the front and back of the property, a short walk to the beach, a beautiful pier and lake to walk on and take pictures, 24-7 security, stunning views—the list goes on. My only complaint was that during our most recent stay, we had neighbors who were constantly making noise outside of quiet hours and blocking our door with their beach gear. I highly recommend this resort during your stay at Miramar Beach.

Comment: Since I arrived everything was spectacular, even though everything was done via email, I received good treatment and good service, the apartment was super nice and clean, which made my stay super pleasant, plus the good view and the beautiful beach. Whenever I needed they always responded kindly and quickly... I will definitely be back. Everything is very easy through the DACK application, you have access to everything through the application, and have direct contact with the hosts. Many thanks for everything....

Comment: Codos vary. But they seem to all use the same rental Vacasa. Which also provides the cleaning and parking passes. The sheets and towels in unit were very stained. We got our own. After multiple emails about the parking pass that was not in the condo, we were told by the gate attendant where to get it. To our surprise we had to also pay for it.

Comment: Love Ariel Dunes, conveniently located, great views, close to restaurants, activities, and more. Only a 2 min walk to the white sand beaches and the emerald coast!!!! It also has two great pools to choose from if thats your preference. They have a nice fitness room, so you can get your workout in before hitting the beach . They have a restaurant on site, and the food is great. This place is very clean and runs very efficiently. Definitely recommend you stay here if you are looking for a great place in Miramar Beach.

Comment: The units are very nice with amazing balconies. They are fairly sound proofed as we didn’t hear any neighbors. The grounds seemed well kept, including the pool area and public bathrooms. Loved having the restaurant next to the pool for a quick easy lunch or dinner. My only complaint is the beach area. Granted we were here on spring break week, but the area “designated” for seascape is fairly small, and in between the other two resorts with their beach chairs. This makes it an extremely packed area, one of the busier beaches I have been too. Many people go down in the morning to put out beach chairs and towels to claim their spots. We did find the pool area to be nice and was not as busy. Overall though, a minor inconvenience at a great place.

Comment: AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS condo! Beautiful views, luxurious amenities, and so relaxing! The beach is kept clean, and is close enough to enjoy multiple times daily. The two pools are kept clean, and they are enjoyable to swim in. There are also showers in the pool area for when you come in from the beach and the long walk through the sand, so you can wash all the sand off before going back into your condo. The condo has a washer so you can do your laundry, and wash your swim suits and beach towels to use again the next day.

Comment: Dunes 1 unit 709, had this trip booked months ahead of time, arrived early and let whoever peter leenman know we were there early, about two hours later around the time where we check in sends a texts saying apparently that cleanup service forgot today was a check-in, and that we would have to wait for 2 hours before it was ready. But from other reviews it seems this is a reoccurring issue. Time is of the essence, and I dont have much if it.Refunded my 2 hours worth of sitting in a lobby. All is well.

The water in the pools (early/mid may) can be fairly chilly, especially since the water is in the shade until after noon.Really loved this buildings proximity to several things..beach, restaurants, various stores etc.., the view (17th floor for me) was good, parking is ample, bathrooms are well attended and the landscaping is maintained regularly as well and the flowers were pretty. Really loved my stay here. My one and only gripe is the flippin luggage trollies might have the most garbage caster wheels Ive seen in my life and wont spin to turn left/right or reverse to save your life.

Comment: In the heart of Miramar Beach, Florida and right across from the beach. Pretty nice location for owning a condo or coming to stay for your summer vacation or winter snowbird months. The walk to the beach is something to consider. From the building to the beach you have a good 7-10 min walk and considering summer with carrying all beach toys and coolers etc.. make it easy for you and your family with coolers on wheels and the little buggies so you dont carry yourself. The view if you are on 4th floor and up will be amazing from most of the units. If 2nd 3rd floor you have the pools and the pond so not bad at all. The resort has a lot to offer, their restaurant in Ariel Dunes 1 is a fun place to check too.It gets BUSY in summer months so bring your cute beach clothes, summer mode and YOUR PATIENCE AND BEST ATTITUDE!Great place to be in, access to restaurants, shops, everything you need ! Come to the Beach :) Ariel Dunes is a great resort!

Just make sure you know where your going when you arrive or it can get hectic. Theres not an information desk anywhere. The beach is less than five minutes away on foot. Plenty of dining locations nearby. It doesnt really have any beach exclusive but thats fine. You can rent an umbrella but I was okay. Id go back again definitely.

Views from both of the Ariel Dunes towers are really good considering both are behind other resorts, Majestic Sun and SurfSide, you will have to walk to the beach but only a short distance.

Comment: Ariel Dune 1 unit 408 is a great little space. They have all the beach goodies you need and you dont have to pack them yorself, I loved that. The condo itself seems to be well maintained and is pretty comfy. However, #1 it is NOT on beach as one would think when you read in the desription On Beach, it is literally across a pretty busy parking lot and across a reallllllyyy busy street, so breing a beach buggy (there is a beach carrier thing there but only big enough foe umbrellas and a couple of chairs) or youll get the work ou of a lifetime lugging ice chests etc. #2 if you are looking for grills as you would a typical beach condo, They are ALSO across the parking lot away from EVERYONE and evreything (2 grills and 2 chairs) with NO covered area, in th blaring sun. LOL... NOW, the beach...forget any beach etiquette you may have ever known, because it is absolutely NON existent on miramar beach. NEVER in all of our years of beach vactioning in florida have we EVER had shoes stolen when you leave them at the stairs. Well, this year in Destin I guess someone couldnt afford their own pair of Nike slip ons and decided they needed a pair, so...yeah, they stole them. The beach is beautiful, but the people are SOOOOO rude it is unbelieveable. The Wal Mart isnt really THAT far, but with all of the road construction going on it is a horrendous adventure, so i suggest getting everyhing you need in ONE trip and forget asking of the Wal Mart employees where anything is if you cant find it, because they #1 either cant speak English or #2 they have no idea either where anything is. We will stick with Navarre from here on out, Destin and its folks helped us make up our minds to not venture out. LOL

Comment: The views were Great, access to the beach was a very short stroll. I liked the fact that you are at Scenic gulf drive without being on it. The pools are clean and relaxing. The cabana has the best pizza and chowder around and my favorite restaurant, Acme, is a short stroll behind the property. If you are a Walker, you can walk the property away from busy streets and relax. Everything I wanted was within walking distance. I would have given 5 stars, but someone set up a large section of the beach with chairs and umbrellas that were not being used. I stayed in Ariel Dunes 1, #1409. Wow! really nice place.

Comment: Thanks to the Ariel Dunes Seaside Resort, we had the best 4th of July ever! The suite was beautiful beyond compare. It was clean, comfortable & perfectly appointed. The beach was a short walk from our condo, which we took advantage of after we enjoyed a clean, beautiful pool. There was delicious food just minutes away, including that available bar & eatery on site. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon.

The elevators were slow and one was broken for a time, but nothing major. Our room was well stocked for anything we might need for the week, with Publix and Walmart just down the street.

Comment: I would rate Seascape Resort 5 stars! Love this gated resort and the excellent security! The condo is perfect! It is super clean, decorated nicely, and comfortable. The view of the ocean is awesome. There are multiple pools and they are very well kept. The property is well maintained and constantly being maintained. Staff are very friendly. The additional amenities of tennis, bike/ golf cart rentals, basketball, and on-site gym are perks as well. Love love the Cabana Cafe on-site. The food is among the best in Destin. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the resort and the many amenities!

Comment: Our family of four stayed in a bi-level condo for 3 nights and loved it. While cleanliness was not perfect, it was not a major issue for us. We had to re-wash dishes and kitchen counter but bedding and towels were fine. WiFi in the area was essentially non-functioning/very slow.However, we loved the layout of our condo and the view of the Lake. HVAC system worked fine. Bathrooms were fine. Beach access was very convenient. Dishwasher/laundry equipment all worked as expected. We were very happy with our choice.
